A Little About Me. 

Hi, whoever is reading this. My name is Gemma, hence the title the G Word. This blog, which I began back in 2020, is a place for me to share my short stories, poetry, art, and articles. My writing style has grown and changed over the years, but, as you will probably soon tell, I'm a big fan of fantasy, and using fictional stories to express some of my own thoughts and reflections of the world. But I also enjoy writing newspaper articles, to raise awareness of, and explore in depth, the issues I'm passionate about, which I hope will also teach you something new! I'm currently 18 years old, and have just started exploring the world of art and food, which I share through my second platform on Instagram (so check that out as well!). I'm also an avid reader, and I will be routinely (...) posting reviews of my favourite books, which span from hard-core fantasy to autobiographies by inspiring figures. I will be trying my best to post regularly, but as many of my old readers may know, I might disappear for a few weeks when the academic world calls.
